【使用方法】
1、清洗：用丙酮擦洗干净并晾干。
2、围边：将胶液浸润过的PVB胶片条（3-5MM宽度）嵌入上下两片玻璃的四周，形成空腔，用铗子夹紧。围边时，预留灌胶口以备灌胶。
3、灌胶：将已脱气的胶液通过薄膜袋缓缓注入空腔中，灌注胶液结束后静置6-8分钟。
4、排气：在静置后，轻轻敲打玻璃，施加一定压力，尽量排出溶于胶液中的空气，逐步放平玻璃，迅速封口，夹紧固定。
5、固化：仔细检查无气泡后，将已灌注的夹层玻璃水平放置于阳光下（或紫光灯下）照射，（30分钟左右可以移动铗子的位置以便有足够的光线照射让其固化）待其固化即可。

【注意事项】
1、本品须采用新鲜的浮法玻璃，密封条采用 PUB 膜或本厂出品的夹层玻璃胶密封胶条。
2、尽量排出气泡，特别是密封条边沿处的微气泡。如果发现有气泡没有排出可以立即加胶或者抽气。
3、当气温较高（大于30℃）时，在日光下不宜曝晒时间过长（小于90分钟），以防反应过于剧烈而扯裂玻璃。
4、胶液应避光于阴凉通风处保存。
